An empty room is hard to read

Most buyers cannot picture a sofa in a room they have never stood in. Virtual staging furnishes the photograph instead of the house, so the shape of a room becomes obvious at a glance.

We never show a staged photo without the original beside it. If a room is small, furniture on a screen will not hide it, and a buyer who finds that out on the doorstep is a buyer you have lost.

The rules we work by

What we will and will not change

Furniture, yes

Sofas, beds, a table, a rug, a plant. Things that would leave with the seller anyway, and that tell a buyer how the room works.

The room, no

We do not move walls, widen a terrace, straighten a view or take out a neighbour. The photograph stays an honest record of the property.

Always labelled

Every staged photo carries the word Before and After on the image itself, and the empty original sits underneath it. Nobody should have to ask.

For sellers

What it costs you

Nothing extra. Staging is part of bringing a property to market with us, alongside the photography. We do it for the rooms where it helps, which is usually the living space and the main bedroom, and we leave it alone where the room already speaks for itself.
