What you do
You carry your own listings from valuation to the notary. That includes the viewing on a Saturday and the call to the buyer in Amsterdam who is five hours ahead. You are the one person who knows where the file stands.
What you get
A commission structure of [percentage], the listings of an established office rather than a cold start, photography and virtual staging arranged for you, and the backing of The Agency network for buyers who arrive from abroad.
What we ask
Fluent English and at least one of Dutch, Spanish or Papiamento. A driving licence and your own car. Knowledge of the island that goes beyond the main road. And the patience for a sale that takes a year.
Who this does not suit
If you are looking for a fixed salary and a desk between nine and five, this is not it. Our agents earn on what they close, work when buyers are on the island, and carry their own calendar. In return, nobody tells you how to spend a Tuesday.
