The Agency came to Aruba because the island had outgrown the way it was being sold. Buyers arrive from Amsterdam, Bogotá and Miami expecting photography, floor plans and an answer the same day. We brought the brand that works that way, and kept the people who already knew every street.
Where we came from
Prima Casa Real Estate Group has worked this market since 2002. The Agency Aruba is its sales arm under a global brand, with the same people and the same phone numbers.
What we do differently
Every listing gets photography, a floor plan and an agent whose name is on it. Nothing waits for a Monday, and nothing is handed off to someone who has never seen the house.

A market that an international buyer can read from a laptop, with the same clarity they are used to at home, and a local agent at the other end of it.
